Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall

The Vietnam Veterans’ Memorial Wall at Calvary Cemetery in Citrus Heights, CA will be a replica of the Vietnam Veterans’ Memorial Wall in Washington, DC.

This is a passion project for everyone involved that started with the “crazy idea” of a few individuals and has now become a reality. In addition to the local support of veterans, civic leaders and corporations; this effort has the full support and partnership of the Vietnam Veterans’ Memorial Fund in Washington, DC and the Architect of Record for the Vietnam Veterans’ Memorial Wall; and we are honored to have it. The face of the Wall will be visible from Interstate 80, east of Greenback Blvd., and will be open to the public with the intent of becoming a destination not only for veterans, but for everyone.

This Wall will be the first of its kind not only in California but west of Missouri. The Wall will be constructed in the Veterans Section of Calvary Cemetery; currently used for an ornamental vineyard. In addition to the construction of the Wall, the site is being designed to accommodate future memorials to honor the sacrifices made by so many and will include increased cemetery locations in the Veterans Section. Please contact us to learn more about this project or to offer a donation of time, talent or treasure.
